In our home-grown family of staff, many of whom have been here more than a decade, kindness is paramount. Kindness to each other and to our guests, who we welcome into our island home, and into our community.
Our aim is that our guests feel that this is their island home too. A home into which they are welcomed and looked after, with care and kindness from our hearts. And a home that wherever they are from in the world, they know is here waiting patiently for their return.
