A taste of the Carribean
Every week, we host an outdoor cookery demonstration on the deck by the main pool. These sessions support our philosophy of recognising how important food is to the Hermitage Bay experience and allow our guests to witness our talented chefs cook authentic Caribbean dishes using locally sourced produce.
