Each morning on the Spa Deck, we offer complimentary hour-long pilates sessions, as well as 75-minute yoga and meditation classes that are designed to reduce stress, boost energy, and help you feel at peace with your surroundings. 

And for those looking to evolve their skills in yoga or Pilates, or delve deep into the world of meditation, we offer private sessions in the Garden Spa for an additional fee.
